For over a decade, Sheida Jafari has been recognized for her expertise in experience design and go-to-market strategy across hospitality, immersive real estate, and capital markets. Her work spans ground-up and adaptive reuse projects, with a focus on program development, retail strategy, and investment positioning. Ms. Jafari’s portfolio includes collaborations with prestigious groups such as the Republic Investment, The Ian Schrager Company, Silkstone Hospitality, and Design Hotels.

Ms. Jafari began her career in technology consulting, advising executive teams at Samsung North America and Power to Fly on digital content strategy, audience development, and brand positioning—work that informed her transition into real estate through a lens of innovation and systems design.

In recent years, As Chief Marketing Officer of Lynd Holdings, she led marketing and lease-up efforts for new developments and supported the stabilization of a 20,000 unit portfolio across both multifamily and single-family assets. She currently advises Bazbaz Development on program design, entitlements, and capital strategy for two affordable housing towers in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District, collectively delivering 800 units.

A serial entrepreneur, Ms. Jafari has co-founded several pioneering ventures, including Ladybits—the first female-led tech media feed featured on Vice Motherboard, Refinery29, and Popular Science.  Ms Jafari currently resides in Washington, Virginia on her small regenerative farm.
